She is the mother of the groom at a wedding of friends we attended in New Delhi, India. The wedding was a very celebrative occasion, yet you couldn’t help but notice the melancholy on her face. I captured her being very pensive and reflective, as though she was remembering her son as a young boy now embarking on a new life.
